You can choose one of our existing bong designs, customize an existing piece, or send us your own idea and let us turn it into a real glass bong.

Every custom bong is made based on your approved design, and you will receive photos of the actual finished glass piece for confirmation before we ship it.

1. Choose a Design or Create Your Own

You can:

• Choose from one of our existing bong designs
• Customize the colors, shape, or details of an existing design
• Create a completely original bong
• Send us your own photo, sketch, or reference image

You do not need to have a complete design ready.

Simply tell us the theme, colors, shape, or style you have in mind, and we can help develop the idea with you.

3. Design Preview & Approval

After receiving your idea, we can create a visual concept of the bong so you can see what the finished piece may look like.

If you already have your own design, you can send it to us directly.

We will work with you to confirm the size, colors, shape, structure, and other details.

Production only begins after you approve the final design.

4. Pricing & Order Confirmation

Every custom bong is different, so pricing is based on the actual design.

The price may depend on:

• Design complexity
• Bong size
• Glass structure
• Number of colors
• Special shapes or details
• Overall production difficulty

We will discuss and confirm the final price with you before production begins.

Once the design and price are approved, you can place the order.

5. Custom Glass Bong Production

After your order is confirmed, our glass artists will begin making your bong based on the approved design.

Typical production time is approximately 1–2 weeks.

The 1–2 week timeframe refers only to production of the glass bong. Shipping time is not included.

More complicated designs may require additional production time, and we will let you know in advance.

6. Finished Product Photo Approval

Once the actual glass bong is completed, we will not ship it immediately.

We will first take photos of the finished piece and send them to you for approval.

This gives you the opportunity to see the actual finished glass bong before it leaves us.

Once you confirm that everything looks good, we will carefully package the bong and arrange shipping.

7. Shipping

After you approve the finished bong, we will pack it securely and ship it to you.

Typical shipping time is around 1 week, although some destinations may take slightly longer.

Shipping time begins after the bong has been fully completed, approved, and shipped.

8. Total Custom Order Timeline

The easiest way to understand the full process is:

Design Discussion & Approval → Order Confirmation → Production: About 1–2 Weeks → Finished Product Photo Approval → Shipping: About 1 Week

From the first design discussion until you actually receive your custom bong, we recommend allowing:

Approximately 3–4 weeks in total, or around one month.

For clarity:

• Production Time: Approximately 1–2 weeks
• Shipping Time: Approximately 1 week
• Total Custom Order Process: Approximately 3–4 weeks

The total timeline also includes design communication, customer approvals, final product confirmation, packaging, and shipping preparation.
