How the Custom Bong Process Works
We keep the process simple and make sure you know what your piece will look like before production starts.
1. Pick a Design or Send Us Your Idea
There are a few ways to start.
You can choose one of our existing bong designs and customize it, or start from scratch with your own idea.
Feel free to send us:
- A reference photo
- A sketch
- A color palette
- A theme
- A shape you like
- An existing bong you'd like us to modify
- Just a written description of what you're imagining

2. Send Us Your Request

3. Preview the Design
Once we understand what you're looking for, we'll create a visual concept so you can get a better idea of how the finished bong may look.
Already have your own finished design? That's fine too. Send it over and we'll work from there.
At this stage, we'll go over details such as:
- Size
- Colors
- Shape
- Glass structure
- Special features
- Overall design
Nothing goes into production until you're happy with the direction.
Production begins only after you approve the final design.
4. Confirm the Price
Because every custom bong is different, there isn't one fixed price for every project.
Pricing depends on the actual design, including things like:
- Size
- Number of colors
- Glass structure
- Shape
- Special details
- Complexity of the design
- Overall production difficulty
We'll discuss the price with you before the order is placed.
Once the design and final price are confirmed, we'll move forward with production.
5. Your Bong Goes Into Production
After your order is confirmed, our glass artists begin making the actual piece based on the approved design.
Typical production time is around 1–2 weeks.
This is the production time only and does not include shipping.
Some particularly detailed or complicated designs may take a little longer. If that's the case, we'll let you know before production begins.
6. See the Finished Bong Before It Ships
This is one of the most important parts of our custom process.
When your bong is finished, we don't immediately put it in a box and send it out.
First, we'll take photos of the actual finished glass piece and send them to you.
You'll be able to see what was made before it leaves us.
Once you approve the finished piece, we'll carefully package it and prepare it for shipment.
7. Shipping
After the finished bong has been approved, we'll pack it securely and ship it to you.
Typical shipping time is around 1 week.
Some destinations may take a little longer depending on the carrier and location.
Keep in mind that shipping time begins after production is complete and the finished piece has been approved.
How Long Does a Custom Bong Take?
A typical custom order looks like this:
Idea & Design → Design Approval → Order → Production → Finished Product Photos → Approval → Shipping
For most orders:

We recommend allowing around one month from the beginning of the project until delivery.
The total timeline also includes design communication, revisions, customer approval, finished-product confirmation, packaging, and shipping preparation.

- Full process: about 3–4 weeks
